Class Descriptions

Boot Camp:  This is an hour long strength and conditioning class appropriate for all levels. 

Running 101:  This is an hour long class covering running skills, technique, mobility, and general preparation for long distance running.  We will be following a progressive training program over a 12 week period with short interval, long interval, hills, tempo, and time trial runs. 

Class Times

Boot Camp is every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:15am, 6:15am, and 8:15am at Anytime Fitness - 1177 Gravois Rd, Fenton, MO 63026. Class cancellations will be posted on the home page.

Running 101 is every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15am and 6:15am at either Anytime Fitness or the Rockwood Summit Track or alternate locations.  Class location and updates will be posted on the home page. (CLASSES OVER UNTIL JANUARY 2012)

All Classes are $7 per class.
